What you have to work with
- A table for twelve
- A handmade dining table that seats twelve, next to a chef’s kitchen with an induction range and a stocked spice rack.
- A 100-inch screen
- The projector room runs a slide deck as happily as a film, with surround sound and seating for a small team.
- Breakout rooms
- The library, the glass plant room and several fireside sitting areas, so a group can split up without leaving the house.
- Desks that work
- A proper office with two desks for whoever has to step out for a call.
- The garden
- Over an acre of paths, a pond, a patio with string lights and a gazebo for the photographs.
- Help with the food
- Jillian can recommend local caterers and personal chefs who know the kitchen.

The ground rules
The house sits on a quiet residential street with close neighbors, and we intend to stay on good terms with them. Gatherings are daytime events, sized to the house, and agreed with Jillian ahead of time. Parties, amplified music outdoors and late evenings are not a fit. If you are unsure whether your plan works, ask. She will tell you honestly.
Staying overnight as well? The house sleeps fourteen.
