Privacy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This website exists to show you the house and help you book it. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and has no accounts or forms that store your details. The site keeps anonymous daily visit counts on its own server (no cookies, no IP addresses stored).

When you check dates and prices

The calendar on this site asks our own server for availability and prices, and our server asks Lodgify, the booking software we use. The dates and guest count you choose are sent for that purpose only. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to stop abuse of the price checker. It is not stored or logged by us, and nothing you select is tied to you.

When you book

A direct booking request is completed on Lodgify’s secure checkout, which collects your name, contact details and payment. Bookings through Airbnb or Vrbo are handled entirely by those platforms. In each case the information you give is governed by that company’s privacy policy, and the host receives what is needed to confirm and manage your stay: Lodgify, Airbnb, Vrbo.

Technology and third parties

The site is hosted on Fly.io in the United States, with DNS by Cloudflare. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or similar services when you read these pages.

This site links to, and works with, other companies’ platforms. They include Lodgify (availability, prices and direct booking), Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com (listings and bookings), and the official websites of local attractions mentioned in our guides. When you follow a link to one of them, or book through one, that company handles your information under its own privacy policy, not this one.

This describes the main services involved today and is not a complete or permanent list. Like most businesses, we may adopt standard website marketing and measurement tools over time, such as analytics, advertising and email marketing services. If we add tools that use cookies or collect personal information, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
