This website exists to show you the house and help you book it. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no accounts or forms that store your details.

When you check dates and prices

The calendar on this site asks our own server for availability and prices, and our server asks Lodgify, the booking software we use. The dates and guest count you choose are sent for that purpose only. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to stop abuse of the price checker. It is not stored or logged by us, and nothing you select is tied to you.

When you book

A direct booking request is completed on Lodgify\u2019s secure checkout, which collects your name, contact details and payment. Bookings through Airbnb or Vrbo are handled entirely by those platforms. In each case the information you give is governed by that company\u2019s privacy policy, and the host receives what is needed to confirm and manage your stay: Lodgify, Airbnb, Vrbo.

Technology we use

The site is hosted on Fly.io in the United States, with DNS by Cloudflare. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other third party when you read these pages. Links to other websites open those sites, which have their own policies.
