What this website is

This site describes Southborough Garden Retreat, a private vacation rental in Southborough, Massachusetts, and helps you check dates and start a booking. It is information, not an offer. Browsing it, checking prices or sending a booking request does not create a reservation or a contract.

Bookings

A stay is reserved only when a booking is confirmed through Lodgify, Airbnb or Vrbo. Your reservation is then governed by the terms you accept at that point: the rental agreement, house rules, payment schedule and cancellation policy shown at checkout, and the terms of the platform you used. Direct booking requests are reviewed by the host and may be declined. If anything on this website differs from what is shown at checkout, the checkout terms apply.

Availability and prices

The calendar and prices shown here come from our booking system and are refreshed regularly, but they can lag behind by a few minutes and may contain errors. A date is not held for you until a booking is confirmed. The price you are asked to accept at checkout is the one that counts. We may correct obvious pricing mistakes and decline requests based on them.

The house, and how it is described

We describe the house, its rooms and its equipment as accurately as we can, with our own photographs. Furnishings, equipment and the garden change with time and season, so details may differ from what you see here. Gatherings and events are possible only by prior arrangement with the host, during the day, and within the house rules. The exact address is shared with confirmed guests only.

Local guides

Our guides to the area are general information, written in good faith. Opening hours, event dates, road closures, trail rules and drive times change, and we do not control the businesses and places we mention. Check official sources before you rely on any of it, and use your own judgment on trails, water and roads. A mention or a link is not an endorsement or a partnership.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to the hosts or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without written permission. Linking to the site and quoting it briefly with credit are welcome. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Lodgify are trademarks of their owners. This site is independent of them and is not endorsed by them.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape the site in ways that burden it, send automated requests to the price checker, attempt to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that same extent, the hosts are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited, or the terms that apply to a confirmed booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update them from time to time, and the current version applies from the date shown above.
